We have engineered a highly optimized, closed-loop domestic supply chain designed to meet and exceed the stringent fulfillment standards required by top-tier e-commerce marketplaces. 2. Absolute Geographic Limitation: United States Domestic Only To maintain absolute control over our delivery network and to ensure uncompromising compliance with US consumer safety regulations, BLUKEA LLC’s logistics infrastructure operates exclusively within the United States.
USA Only Guarantee: We strictly process, fulfill, and dispatch orders to physical addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
No International Shipping: Under no circumstances do we offer international shipping, nor do we route packages through international freight forwarders. Any order placed with an international shipping destination, or suspected of being routed internationally, will be subject to immediate administrative cancellation and refund.
3. Standardized Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes We operate on a highly structured fulfillment schedule to guarantee predictability for our customers. When an order is successfully placed and payment is authorized, it follows this strict timeline:

Standard Transit Time (3 to 5 Business Days): Once the package is officially handed over to our carrier partners, the standard transit time to your domestic address is 3 to 5 business days.

(Note: "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, strictly excluding weekends and recognized United States federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin their handling period on the following consecutive business day.)

Carrier Partnerships and Tracking Protocols BLUKEA LLC partners exclusively with premium, fully vetted domestic carriers, primarily utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. The selection of the specific carrier is determined algorithmically by our dispatch system based on the package's dimensional weight and the destination zip code to ensure maximum efficiency.
Real-Time Tracking: Within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility (at the conclusion of the handling period), a finalized shipping confirmation email will be auto-generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will contain a live tracking number and a direct hyperlink to the carrier’s portal, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

Packaging Integrity for Toy Products Given the nature of our inventory—children's toys, collectibles, and developmental products—we recognize that the condition of the external packaging is often as important as the product itself. All BLUKEA LLC orders are dispatched in robust, crush-resistant corrugated shipping boxes. Void fill, bubble wrap, and tamper-evident sealing tapes are utilized to prevent internal shifting, protect delicate corners of toy boxes, and secure the package against environmental elements during domestic transit.
6. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages The customer assumes total responsibility for inputting the correct, formatted, and secure US shipping address at the time of checkout.
Address Errors: BLUKEA LLC’s automated fulfillment system pulls shipping data exactly as entered by the user. We are not liable for transit delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from typographical errors, missing apartment numbers, or outdated addresses provided by the consumer.
Return to Sender: If a package is deemed "Undeliverable as Addressed" by the carrier and returned to our Wyoming headquarters, the customer will be contacted. The customer will be responsible for any supplementary postage fees required to reship the item to a corrected address.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit While BLUKEA LLC ensures packages are securely handed over to our carrier partners, we acknowledge that transit anomalies occasionally occur:
Transit Damage: If the shipping box arrives visibly crushed, punctured, or severely damaged, please take immediate photographs prior to opening. If the internal toy or product is damaged, contact info@blukea.com within 48 hours with the photographic evidence so we may initiate a carrier claim and expedite a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If the carrier's tracking system marks the package as "Delivered," but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or alternative entrances. BLUKEA LLC cannot be held financially liable for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes after a confirmed delivery scan. In cases where the tracking has stalled completely and the package is deemed lost in transit by the carrier, we will conduct an internal investigation and, upon carrier verification of the loss, issue a replacement or refund.
