2. The Standard 30-Day Return Window We grant our customers a standard thirty (30) calendar day return window. This period commences precisely on the date your package is recorded as "Delivered" by our domestic shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) following our standard 3-5 business day transit time. To be eligible for a refund, the return process must be formally initiated, and the item must be postmarked for return within this 30-day timeframe. Requests submitted beyond this window will be systematically declined.

3. Strict Condition Requirements for Toy Returns Because BLUKEA LLC operates within the highly regulated children's product sector, we enforce uncompromising standards regarding the physical condition of returned merchandise. To protect our supply chain from contamination and ensure that every item dispatched meets CPSC safety guidelines, returned items must strictly adhere to the following criteria:

  • Unopened and Factory-Sealed: The toy must remain in its original, pristine, unaltered packaging. All factory seals, shrink wrap, and tamper-evident tapes must be completely intact.

  • Unused and Unworn: The product cannot exhibit any signs of play, assembly, wear, or handling.

  • Complete Components: All original manuals, warranty cards, warning labels, accessories, and promotional inserts must be present and undamaged within the original box.

  • Notice on Hygiene and Safety: If a returned toy shows any indication of having been opened, assembled, or utilized, it fundamentally violates our health, hygiene, and safety guarantees. Such items will be categorically rejected for a refund and disposed of or returned to the sender at their expense.

4. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Protocol To maintain logistical efficiency within our US-only fulfillment centers, we strictly do not accept unsolicited returns. All returns must be pre-authorized through our formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process:

  • Step 2: Provide a detailed explanation for the return and, if applicable, attach clear, high-resolution photographs demonstrating the item's unopened condition or any alleged defects.

  • Step 4: The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the return shipping box. Packages arriving without a visible and valid RMA number will be refused by our receiving dock.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Non-Compliant Products In the rare event that a product arrives damaged during its 3-5 business day domestic transit, or is found to have a manufacturing defect out-of-the-box, BLUKEA LLC assumes full responsibility. Customers must report transit damage or defects within five (5) business days of delivery. In these instances, BLUKEA LLC will issue a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a full refund or provide a compliant replacement at no additional cost to the consumer.

6. USA-Exclusive Logistics and Return Shipping Responsibilities As BLUKEA LLC operations are restricted 100% to the United States domestic market, our return policies reflect this geographical boundary:

  • Customer Remorse Returns: For returns based on subjective reasons (e.g., "changed mind," "ordered wrong item"), the customer bears the sole financial responsibility for return shipping costs. We highly recommend utilizing a trackable domestic shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as BLUKEA LLC cannot be held liable for return packages lost in transit by third-party carriers.

  • No International Returns: Because we do not ship internationally, we absolutely do not authorize, process, or subsidize return shipments originating from outside the United States under any circumstances.

Refund Processing and Financial Ledger Once your authorized return is received at our facility, our Quality Assurance team will conduct a thorough physical inspection within three (3) business days. If the merchandise passes our strict hygiene and condition requirements, a full refund (minus any original shipping charges, if applicable) will be authorized.
